Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy:

If you provide an address that is incorrect, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.  The product will be reshipped after the product is returned to us.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.  Examples include but are not limited to face masks and underwear.

Returns are not accepted for any reason other than a misprint.  Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues or buyers’ remorse.  Return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the delivery date by emailing webadmin@stealtherainbow.com.

We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates or provide refunds for items delivered after the estimated delivery date with the exception of packages that are lost in transit.

For packages lost or damaged in transit, claims must be submitted within 20 days of the estimated delivery date.  We cannot refund or reship orders that have been marked delivered by the carrier.
